With deep roots in custom kitchen design, his career has evolved naturally into full-scale home building, where he oversees projects from concept through completion.
At Trio, Igor leads design vision, craftsmanship standards, and client experience, ensuring every home is both beautiful and highly functional. Guided by his philosophy to “think big, dream bigger,” he is driven by an uncompromising commitment to quality and client satisfaction, continually pushing expectations in luxury residential design.

Early experience in Greater Boston real estate development and launching a concierge-style hospitality and rental operation shaped Allen’s service-first mindset and attention to detail. Known for his urgency, honesty, and solutions-focused approach, he is the person clients rely on to feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
Outside of work, Allen enjoys traveling with family and friends, exploring Boston’s restaurant scene, staying active, and hosting game-day cookouts. Raised in a Russian-speaking household after his parents immigrated in pursuit of the American dream, he credits his upbringing with instilling a strong work ethic and belief that results are earned.
