Trio was founded in 2017 by a team comprised of professionals who have built successful businesses in real estate, design, and construction.  This is a business comprised of two immigrant families who are living the American dream.  Over the past 5 years our team has grown to include an architectural designer, an estimator, several project managers, custom home client liaison, office manager/admin, 2 bookkeepers and several foremen.

Because each of the principals have built their own homes, we know what it’s like to be on the other side of the building process, and it is through our shared levels of experience that we value the process and not just the outcome.  Our process begins with a comprehensive plan/design collaboration with our team, the client, architectural designer, engineer, and interior designer.  Our goal is to present our client with a clear vision of their journey from start to finish.  Our clients can expect the highest level of quality and capability every step of the way.

“We love what we do.”  Guided by this statement, we have continued to grow and evolve so that we can serve out clients better and more efficiently.  The “Trio Home Design Center” was born.  A custom or semi-custom client can now choose all cabinetry (kitchen, vanities, closets, built-ins), tile, hardwood flooring, fireplaces, plumbing fixtures, etc… all under one roof.  In today’s busy world, this allows for a convenient and seamless process for a client when designing their dream home.
